A Massage treatment include:

  • First you need to fill out a paper about yourself.

  • The treatment take place on a massage bench. (You need to take of your clothes accept for your underclothes!)

  • During the treatment you can get a stopped up nose. It´s a sign that your body clean out products. Therefor its good to drink water after a treatment.

  • When the treatment is over you can get dizzy if you raise up to fast from the bench. It´s because of that during a treatment your blood-pressure falls!

  • We are all different and react different on treatments. If you have a loot of tension in your body you maybe get some training ache the day after.

  • I don't recommend training after a treatment.
